Declaration of Intent
The below statement declares what are our exact intent in with regards to all the parties involved with the current delay in West Ottawa and in particular, but not exclusively, Mattamy Fairwinds Phase 5.
- We intend to push the Province of Ontario, Ottawa City Council, home developers and all other parties for the quick passage of the new Environmental Assessment and the continuation of construction.
- We intend to use all methods at our disposal as private citizens that we are afforded under the freedom of expression act of Canada.
- We intend to not only have our home, but all home buyers within Mattamy Fairwinds Phase 5 completed within a reasonable amount of time.
What we will not do:
- We will not under any circumtances except renumeration for our role by developers or other parties that is intended to stop us pursing our afore mentioned goals.
- We recognize that there are long standing issues with regards to development in West Ottata, Kanata, but that this is not our role to pursue.
